Head of Sales Office at Kuncai for Indian Marketplace


This is a position directed for the Indian-focused marketplace at Kuncai, a Mainland China--listed chemical start-up supplier, with titanium dioxide and iron oxide pigment for wholesale worldwide.

 

Responsibility: 

1.to lead a to-be-establishing sales team to explore local sales opportunities, develop local distributor (or agent) relationship and generate revenue for assigned area.

2.to motive the sales team to accomplish sales targets and company strategy.

3.to be responsible for sale of all the products line.

4.to well understand the company’s product portfolio.

5.to be responsible for growing business relationship of strategic customers & partners.

6.to manage the whole sales cycle, lead qualification, trial procedure, commercial discussion, contract, etc.

7.to participate in talent acquisition of local sales employees.

Job Description

01. to collect new foreign customers’ business information from the coatings, plastics, paper, ink industries, in the use of the Internet (new media such as Facebook, trwitter, Amazon, etc.)

02. to find out contact information of new target customers (or target company bosses)

03. to develop new target customers in the use of emails and other means, find customer needs, and provide product introductions

04. to mail samples to customers and test samples

05. to notice sample testing results and repeatedly answer customer related questions

06. to prepare sales contracts

07. to finish contract approval

08. to finish customer payments

09. to cooperate with customers for factory inspection and business reception


Qualification


01. Bachelor degree or above, graduated from majors such as English, Tourism, and Business; minimum 10+ years of international sales experience in related chemical products or upstream and downstream products; (preferred background: international sales engineering experience, as well as bidding experience, in terms of titanium dioxide, iron oxide, calcium chloride, with career in Fortune 500 comparisons)

02. Language skills: native English plus Mainland China mandarin

03. Good interpersonal skills with approachable personality; good teamwork, planning and organization skills; a corporate culture driven for self-fulfillment and flexible interaction
